Job Description
- We are looking for self-motivated IBM DataStage architects to drive innovations on technology interoperable platforms with DataStage for enterprise customers in diverse industry verticals. The key Focus would be the integration of diverse source/target systems (ERP systems, Databases, Mobile systems).
- Responsibilities:
- Design and implement solutions to address business problems in various industry verticals.
- Document and standardize EDW.
Job Requirements
Technical: Must have:
- 3+years’ experience in IBM DataStage, Data quality tools, Data Modeling tools, and understanding of metadata management concepts and best practices.
- Proficient in Business Intelligence, Data warehousing, Data Analysis, Source Target Mapping, Multi-dimensional modeling and Relational modeling, data profiling, data integration, ETL Processes, and data quality.
- Experience with Oracle, and SQL Server.
- Should be able to define, analyze, and review data architecture and technical requirements.
- Define governance and best practices around meta-data to ensure an integrated definition of data for enterprise information, and to ensure the accuracy, validity, reusability, and consistent definitions for common reference data.
- Optimizing and troubleshooting in DataStage 9.1/8.7 Grid code and developing best practices.
- Using IBM LSF for load balancing.
- Experience in IBM Data Profiling and Data Quality Tools is an added advantage.
- DataStage certification.
- Banking knowledge is a must.
Non-technical:
- Willing to travel to KSA for long assignments.
