About the Job:

  • Looking for an ambitious and hard-worker agent to work at one of the top Real Estate brokerage company all over Egypt. Working with the top developers in the real estate market in Egypt for over than 200 projects (Residential, Commercial, Second home) in (New Cairo, New Capital, 6th October, North Coast, Ain El Sokhna )

Job Duties :

  • Understanding your customer's needs.
  • Sending the client’s CIL to the admin on time
  • Arrange Meeting appointments to meet new and existing customers.
  • Making presentations to promote new products and special deals.
  • Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them properties all over Egypt.
  • Generate leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits.
  • Achieve sales targets set by the company.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
  • Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure selling properties in projects around Egypt.
  • Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
  • Carry out all the required functions assigned by the direct manager

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Brokerage Real Estate.
  • Prefer have a car
  • Very Good to Excellent in English
  • Presentable.
