Job Description
- Welcoming calling customers and present the company name by explaining all company products and services
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
- Provide the customer with all needed information’s regarding his inquiry and match it with service benefits
- Provide customers with full data “ pricing system / special offers/clinic timing / safety procedures”
- Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures.
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions, participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sale
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
