We welcome both freshers and experienced individuals who have a passion for engineering and a desire to contribute to the logistics industry.Job Responsibilities:Technical Support: Provide technical support to the engineering team in the design, implementation, and maintenance of logistics systems and infrastructure. Project Coordination: Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Data Analysis: Analyze data related to logistics operations, equipment performance, and efficiency. Generate reports and insights to support decision-making processes. Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, equipment failures, and system malfunctions. Implement corrective actions and preventive measures. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of engineering designs, specifications, procedures, and test results. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality inspections and tests to verify compliance with design specifications and performance requirements. RequirementsEducational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field). Experience Level: Freshers with a degree in engineering are welcome. Experienced candidates should have relevant experience in engineering roles, preferably in logistics or a related industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering software and tools. Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software is an advantage. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose solutions. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
