Job Duties:
Should have wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
- Working with Road Desgin department within the company to ensure that all departments are working towards the same goals.
- Managing projects from start to finish by setting deadlines and ensuring that teams are meeting those deadlines.
- Developing and implementing safety procedures for all employees on the job site.
- Supervise on the site, designing, and overseeing construction projects using engineering principles and methods of analysis.
- Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the progress of the project.
- Identifying problems in existing products or processes and proposing solutions.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil Engineer
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in highway design with thorough knowledge of Highway Design Software.
- Solid experience in UAE.
- Excellent command of Auto CAD and civil 3D.
- Ability to utilize computer technology to access data, maintain records, generate reports, etc. and any project specific engineering and construction relevant software.
- Good written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with project team.
