Job Description
- Responsible for installation, commissioning, configuration, and testing of different Low current systems (Access Control, Surveillance, Fire Alarm, PA, queueing system,…etc.) following the set schedules
- Create documentation for delivered projects and follow up with customers after installations.
- Diagnose Hardware or Software faults and support customers onsite.
- Collaborate with the Pre-sales team in quote preparation and deliver detailed project plans.
- Provide technical consultations regarding all aspects of site engineering for technicians to ensure that the work is carried out as required
- Provide technician assistance
- Attend all required training.
- Ensure all technical staff are applying the safety rules and regulations
- Perform all new and assigned tasks related to the job.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical engineering.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in CCTV, and IP networks.
- Excellent knowledge of engineering security and Low current systems.
