Our trainer will be responsible for the following:

Develop and update Training Curricula for new hired trainees.
Deliver interactive classroom training for trainees on a regular basis for the Operations department.
Maintain Training Curricula and hard copy training records in an inspection ready state.
Assist in coordinating with the Product Management team, in case of creating or revising any product related subjects.
Provide periodic training status updates and reports, produce data and report on performance, measuring against set standards.
Provide training events and drive up the quality of teaching, learning and assessment.

Decision making and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Planning and productivity.
Dealing with different personalities in a professional way.
Excellent time management.
Proven ability to master the full training cycle.
Extensive knowledge of our product materials, techniques and teaching methodologies.
C1 score on the CEFR standards.
CELTA holder.
Awareness of main training knowledge. Holding a TTT or TOT certificate is preferable.
3 years working experience as an English Language Instructor, and 6 months as a teacher trainer.
Full time (5 days/8 hours)/ Location: All our branches (Inside & Outside Cairo).
