Job Description
- Overseeing hiring process, which includes posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting face-to-face interview, assessments and performing reference checks.
- Follow up with the accepted candidates with preparing their hiring documents and their starting date.
- Responsible for orienting and explaining the strategy of the company to the new employees.
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, source of hire, Turnover.
- Conduct exit interviews for the resigned employees.
- Follow up the induction training for the new employees; follow up training attendance and training results.
- Support and follow up the internal training, prepare training records and follow up training results.
- Follow up with HSE & training sections to assure that all employees attended the safety induction training.
- Assist in preparing training plan, collecting training need assessments for each department to design the annual training plan for all sites.
- Communicate with training centers, get the approvals and complete reservation process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree, HR Diploma is a must.
- From 1 to 3 years of experience, mainly in recruitment and training
- Familiarity with full cycle of recruiting and training.
- HR Analytics & reporting skills is a plus.
- Manufacturing work environment background is preferred.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic languages.
- Professional use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
