Job Description

  • Communicate and promote the company’s products and services into potential customers.
  • Generate leads for all products within target segment Conduct initial visits to create customer needs and deliver demos in cooperation with pre-sales.
  • Lead, direct and co-coordinate the projects life cycles with the design studio, Production’s technical office, operations and instillation departments through advanced problem solving skills.
  • Developing & finalizing sales agreements "contracts". And follow up the projects until collecting the final payment.
  • Understand, determine, the customer needs and anticipate the objections and present immediately solution as appropriate.
  • Continuously Building healthy pipelines within the customers to ensure that relevant Consultants, Designer and Contractors fully aware and engaged, with the key features and benefits (USPs) of the factory solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Furniture sales experience is required
  • Good spoken and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Good ‘people skills’, for working with a range of colleagues and clients
  • The ability to lead and motivate a team
  • A willingness to work long hours, often under pressure
  • A professional manner
  • Preferred helwan and 15 May residents
