- Develop and implement continuous improvement on the organization overall manufacturing processes and policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on monitoring, reviewing, and analyzing plant performance through dashboards.
- Generate new ideas for process improvement initiatives and provide management with insights and solutions.
- Collaborate with the HR and top management in developing high-performance culture.
- Monitor objectives related achievements across operations.
- Educate and coach leaders and team members on various operational excellence tolls like (but not limited to) 5S, RCA’s OPL’s, TPM, etc.
Job Requirements
- Provide industry best practices and promote lean and agility mindset.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in process industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong presentation skills
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
- System Thinking
- Data Analytics, comfortable working with numbers
