Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee a team of environmental service technicians to ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standard. Develop and implement service plans to meet customer requirements and exceed their expectations. Ensure all customer feedback is handled promptly and to the satisfaction of the customer. Plan, schedule and monitor workloads to ensure efficient use of resources. Provide effective leadership and support to team members to promote teamwork, high morale and a positive culture. Manage performance and conduct regular performance reviews with all team members. Ensure adherence to all Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

Previous leadership experience in an environmental services or related industry. Understanding of pest control, washroom solutions, specialist hygiene and medical waste disposal services.
