Job Description
- Train workers on hygiene principals on daily basis.
- Follow-up on workers practices due to instructions required (as per factory policy).
- Prepare reports about obstacles that facing achieving 100% from hygiene plan.
- Prepare a daily report to assure applying hygiene procedures.
- Apply penalties on workers that don't follow his instructions.
- Have the authority to monitor production engineers behavior (due to hygiene policies).
- Responsible for applying ISO 22000:2018 Procedures which is related to hygiene procedures.
- Applying Health Safety Procedures.
- Recording his reports on ISO recommended forms.
Job Requirements
- Males ONLY.
- Worked as internal trainer for at least 2 years.
- Have a good background about food manufacturing hygiene principals.
- Dealing with blue collars in a professional way.
- Being EX HR coordinator is a PLUS.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Excellent follow-up skills.
- Patient and intelligent to solve problems.
- Good Communicator.
- Organizing and Time Management skills.
- Committed to tasks and responsibilities.
- Immediate start.
