Job Description

The Risk Department is responsible for managing the risk associated with the organization’s operations.
This includes identifying, evaluating and mitigating operational, financial and strategic risks. The Risk
Department also works to ensure that proper controls are in place to protect the company from potential
losses.


The risk department has line of business during the hiring cycle, accepted candidates will be distributed to one of the following line of business : 

1- Fraud
• Monitor customer accounts for any suspicious activity by utilizing various fraud prevention tools
• Investigate suspicious activity and prepare detailed reports on the findings
• Analyze data to identify patterns and trends in fraud cases
• Work with other departments to ensure proper follow up on any fraudulent transactions
• Maintain detailed records of all investigations, findings, and actions taken
• Stay up to date with the latest fraud techniques and trends
• Develop strategies to prevent future fraudulent activities

2- Payment
• Process customer payments and refunds quickly and accurately
• Monitor payment systems to ensure timely processing of payments
• Troubleshoot any payment or refund issues that arise
• Communicate with customers regarding their payment status or refund requests
• Ensure compliance with applicable payment regulations
• Work closely with other departments to resolve any payment related issues
• Research new methods to improve the efficiency of the payment process

3- Abuse tracker
• Monitor incoming abuse reports and take appropriate action to ensure user safety
• Investigate user activity to determine if it violates our Terms of Service
• Work with external partners to investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate action
• Maintain accurate records of all abuse reports and investigations
• Provide support to other departments when needed
• Respond quickly and effectively to customer inquiries related to abuse reports

 

Job Requirements

  • Excellent English speaker.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Call center Experience in banking industry.
  • Data analyst Experience in order to analyze and do reports.
  • Excellent Excel user.
