Job Description
- Responsible for developing strategies that will help the school succeed in its digital endeavors.
- creating content plans, managing social media accounts, optimizing web pages, etc.
- Developing annual business plans and setting goals for the department to meet those goals.
- Reviewing analytics data to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and making adjustments when necessary.
- Developing marketing strategy and planning for online advertising campaigns, including SEO, social media, PPC ads, and video or display ads.
- Developing relationships with clients and other stakeholders in the industry to foster new business opportunities within the school.
- Working with web designers and programmers to develop new website features or overhaul existing ones.
- Monitoring the performance of digital channels to ensure that they are reaching their target audiences and generating conversions.
- Assisting with the measurement of KPIs on marketing campaigns.
- Create Facebook Ad campaigns (from planning to campaign objective and budgeting, to ad formats) and Executing campaigns across a variety of platforms, including YouTube, Twitter and LINKED IN.
- Set up and optimize school pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the school’s social content.
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar field.
- +3 years of Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
- Fluency in English.
- Familiarity with web design.
- Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of managing and executing campaigns using native platform tools such as Facebook Ads Manager/Google Ad Words.
- Skills and experience in creative content writing.
