Job Description

  • Achieve the budget assigned for the company products.
  • Sell all the portfolio products for Levelling / Dry lining segments.
  • Open new channels especially for the New products.
  • Prepare presentations internally and externally (to present the customers our product specifications).
  • Bringing new distributors and retailer to the company.
  • Coordinate ordering and dispatching for the sales order.
  • Prepare all the monthly reports.
  • Responsible for developing and managing new and existing accounts.
  • Qualify and analyze customer data to develop strategies to produce maximum profitable revenue and margin to meet required sales targets.
  • Build customer relationships and foster company image through customer visits.
  • Participate in customer events and campaigns

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in construction building materials, any other industries including distribution network preferably in Dry lining , ceiling industries
  • Excellent track record in achieving sales targets/goals in a specified time period
  • Knowledge of sales industry trends and practices
  • Business development acumen
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Very good command of English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customers
  • Must own a car
