Job Description

 

  • Reports To: Head of Revenue
  • Job Overview:
    The regional sales manager is responsible for pipeline management and closure of enterprise deals internationally. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate exceptional client relationship skills, networking abilities and selling prowess with clientele at C-level throughout multiple geographical regions. Successful candidates will also have a strong ability to adapt to internal changes and confidently guide others into the next stages of company growth. We’re looking for a proven superstar salesperson that deploys a consultative approach to solve problems for prospects. 
    Responsibilities and Duties:
       • Establish the sales function across the target regions (recruit, train, set targets, etc)
       • Establish the training product and sales programs and coach team periodically
       • Design and execute go to market strategy across target geographies
       • Monitor KPI’s and OKR’s for the sales function to achieve budgets
       • Build strong and long-lasting relationships with global clients based on trust, transparency and integrity
       • Use data-driven insights to define a short, medium and long term sales strategy, along with associated targets
       • Identify growth opportunities and key markets to enter
       • Manage and maintain the sales pipeline
       • Optimize the sales process and create a scalable business development model
       • Execute on growth hacks to grow company revenues in a cost-effective manner
       • Create and manage channel partnerships
       • Work closely with internal functions including operations, strategy, customer success, marketing, and product
       • White glove management of large enterprise accounts

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s degree 
  •  3-5 years minimum
  • Consultative Selling / Customer Centric Selling (CCS)
  • Be a legend
  • Hubspot experience a nice to have
  • Driving license
