Job Description

 

  • Check production lines and machine checkup daily.
  • Check SAP system report daily.
  • Check the production plan on daily basis
  • Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work instructions.
  • Ensure product and process quality meets specifications required
  • Manage the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the foreman and technicians.
  • Reduce machine break out times.
  • Establish safety and waste management procedures
  • Achieve goals within budget.
  • Create shift schedule for the foreman and technicians and follow up on their attendance.
  • Ensure all product and system requirements are considered from the initial product conception to the finished result
  • Make written reports such as “Activity, production loss, production data analysis” on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Direct workflow process of the production team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in relevant engineering graduation.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience.
  • English (advanced level).
  • ERP System End User.
  • MS Office high knowledge.
  • Time management.
  • Hard worker and flexible working hours.
  • Communications skills.
  • Leadership skills.
