Job Description
- Identifying and developing potential new clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Generate new business and growth by prospecting after new relationships.
- Having a consultative approach with clients by understanding their business needs.
- Responding to email queries, and converting prospects to buyers and partners.
- Owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Providing detailed information to prospective customers and educating them on the features and benefits of TECHNOBIT’S products.
- Collaborating with company leadership to vet and research different strategies for finding and converting both inbound and cold leads.
- Research new Market opportunities.
- Maintaining contacts and outreach in CRM Software.
- Ability to analyze data generated to measure performance.
- Report weekly on performance.
- Prepare Quotations, presentations, and tenders for clients.
- Prepare Quarterly sales reports, along with key market trends.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, business administration, or relevant field.
- 1-3 years proven track record in a performance-based role
- Experience in an inside sale, high velocity, transactional sales role.
- Ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Comfortable speaking to and persuading prospective clients on the phone/ Zoom Meetings.
- Team player who possesses excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Attention to detail; excellent organization and time-management skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- HubSpot or any CRM software Knowledge is preferred.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp)
- Familiarity with E-commerce platforms. (Alibaba, Amazon for Business)
- Excellent English language is a MUST , French is a huge plus.
