Job Description

• Manage overall HR Functions (Recruitment, OD, Training, Personnel, Compensation & Benefits.
• Monitor vacancies in the organization & ensure they are adequately filled within the recruitment KPIs of the vacancy rate, duration of hiring & caliber hire.
• Actively take part in Recruitment and branding initiatives
• Updating job descriptions and organizational charts 
• Coordination of workflow and administrative activities necessary to deliver Human Resource Services
• Assist in developing and implementing departmental policies and procedures that are consistent with organizational policies and procedures.
• Communicate the interpretation and application of personnel policies and procedures, including the Collective Agreement, to Department Managers, Heads, and employees.
• Source, interview, and recommend relevant candidates for needed functions and job positions within the organization in a timely manner and within set budgets. 
• Create, review, and regularly update organization’s HR policy, including adherence to Egyptian labor law, leave policy, compensation policy, disciplinary policy, performance assessment policy, and training policy. 
• Recommend and create a succession planning strategy for key positions within the organization

• Create fair and challenging performance metrics across all positions of the organization to be assessed in a timely manner. 
• Create relevant JDs for all positions to be hired within the organization 
• Review and regularly update the organizational chart in line with market best practices and organizational growth. 
• Create, maintain & update employment contracts with current and prospective employees in line with governmental authorities' regulations. 
• Manage all compensation records from an operational perspective and share the same on a monthly basis with the finance team. 
• Create onboarding and exit procedures for new hires/ exits. 
• Hiring and leading the HR team required for company growth 
• Updated with all new tax-related and employee-related laws.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Develop various HR documents as “manuals, templates, flowcharts and employee handbook.”

Job Requirements

+12 years of HR experience, preferable in an industrial field. 
• Good knowledge of local labor regulations  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Leadership abilities
• BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
• Fluent in English
• Strong work ethic
• Ready to join within two weeks
