Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic primary sales associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, driving sales, building customer relationships and maintaining client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Generating leads through market research and cold calling
- Building long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities)
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in primary sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM software
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
