Job Description
• Support and provide superior service via phones, and chat. and follow-up on customer inquiries and complaints that is not fulfilled or resolved on queue ensuring full customer satisfaction.
• Use questioning, and listening skills that support effective communication and help in solving the customer’s problems & complaints.
• Performs the necessary & right action on systems in order to fulfill the customer request properly.
• Knowing the feedback of each customer after completing the service.
Job Requirements
• Experience from one to two years in the medical field as a customer service agent.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills, and professional phone acting.
• Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills.
• Good at Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong time management and decision-making skills.
