Job Description
- Using facilitation skills and a unique set of training and coaching skills to equip trainees with the required skills in the following pillars: language, soft skills, customer service skills, and cultural mindset
- Delivering curriculum in accordance with Guide Academy’s training methodology, in class and remotely
- Ensuring a productive, friendly and comfortable training environment
- Monitoring trainees’ adherence and commitment level and reporting attrition risk
- Providing constructive coaching sessions to trainees when needed
- Evaluating trainees’ progress and pinpointing each trainee’s areas of improvement
- Providing trainees with thorough and detailed feedback while tailoring different feedback methodologies to cater for different types of learners in accordance with activities’ objectives
- Providing trainees with clear and organized action plans in one-on-one feedback sessions after each evaluation phase
- Monitoring the success of the tailored action plan provided for each trainee and making the necessary changes accordingly
- Submitting all required training reports and updating training attendance
- Tailoring the activities and assignments to cater for each trainee’s training needs and areas of improvement
- Promoting training and clearly setting trainees’ expectations on the training requirements and expected outcomes
- Analyzing each wave’s success and areas of improvement
- Attending all training department meetings and TTT sessions
- Providing objective feedback on updates in training agenda and activities
- Taking initiatives and providing recommendations to support the training department in meeting the required goals and ensuring trainees’ satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Graduates only
- Exempted military status (for males)
- At least 1 year of experience in the field of language training
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Near-native fluency (B2/C1)
