Job Description
We Are Hiring Sales Consultant in Real Estate field with the following requirements .
- Handling requests of buyers and sellers
- Meeting with sellers to sign brokerage agreements
- Marketing of sellers units to attract potential buyers
- Arranging for property showing visits with potential buyer
- Managing the negotiations between buyers and sellers
- Arrange for deals closing meetings and contracts
- Networking with other agents to close deals
- Getting new leads for buyers and sellers
Working Conditions:
- Salary : Negotiable Depends on Experience + attractive Commission
- Work Location: Heliopolis & Nasr City
Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience as a Property Consultant (must have experience in New Cairo - New Capital- Sokhna- Sahel)
- Very good in Communication Skills
- Ability to plan and work towards target
- Basic computer knowledge
- Very good command in English Language
- Presentable and a persuasive manner
