Job Description

  • Collect and review timekeeping and attendance records using the latest time management software. 
  • Process the monthly payroll of all employees, including their salary, overtime payments, deductions, and bonuses. 
  • Prepare periodic reports; Monthly, Quarterly and annually to the Management to analyses the reliability and efficiency of the payroll system. 
  • Maintain a repository of all the essential documents like direct deposit documentation and systems data. 
  • Facilitate accurate and timely salary disbursement by overseeing payroll functions, from payroll entry and calculations to reviewing payroll policies. 
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the efficiency of the entire payroll processing system. 
  • Support employees throughout their entire payroll lifecycle. 
  • Monitor and update all databases for the organization.
  • Keep records of leave balances in all their forms and types.
  • Prepare and implement the HRIS application.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as payroll specialist.
  • It's a must have at least 2 years of experience in payroll processing and personnel management.
  • Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR information system
  • Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality.
  • Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills.
