Job Description
This position’s daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Conduct effective regular offices visits to referring medical insurance companies and corporates to achieve and exceed sales goals
Generate and renew contracts with medical insurance companies and corporates, and maintain contract database for companies in Alexandria and Cairo
Educate new and existing target contacts on services offered by iVein CLINIC
Establish and maintain relationships with physicians and clinical/office staff in target accounts
Maintain image of iVein CLINIC in the target community as cutting-edge experts on the treatment of vein disease
At least one year of experience in hospitals and medical centers in contracts and companies
Provide input and implement and execute comprehensive segment specific marketing/development plan. Based on understanding of professional and consumer trends to drive sustained growth of the brand and organization.

Develop go-to-market strategy for designated segment responsibilities.

service launch – plan the launch of new service and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.

Annual sales planning process for respective product / segment responsibilities.

Actively plan and modify as needed

Develop pricing strategy for the full range and the proper price increase whenever needed.

Market intelligence - Work to analyse customer needs, current market conditions and competitor information and recommend appropriate strategies/ initiatives.

Integrate customer knowledge and market data into the Upstream Marketing and Business Development when appropriate.

Report on return on investment and key performance

Create marketing presentations.

Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products whenever needed.

Medical Sales Representative's Minimum Requirements:

1-2 years of outside/B2B sales experience required
Medical Sales experience (is a plus)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Sales, Communications or Business Development (preferred)
English language proficiency (a must)
Good Computer skills , MS Office (Word/Excel)
Decent negotiation skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
Proactive in creating and executing plans.
Has a strong drive to succeed.
Well versed in the production of documents and other promotional materials
A keen eye to detail.
Skilled for developing teams for high performance.
Strong relationship building and the ability to maintain such relationships.
Is flexible and capable to work on own initiative with minimal direct supervision.
Has a powerful sales instinct and strong marketing flare.
Possess a unique blend of business sense and technical suaveness.
