Job Description

  • Handling all calls & customer update
  • Assign leads & follow up with sales & team leader
  • Provide support to the management team within a company's sales department.
  • Responsibility for project documentation.
  • Handling CRM
  • Consistent reporting (revenue actual against forecast, deviation), sales.
  • Generate reports, Typing, preparing and collating reports.
  • Organize meeting and arrange appointments.

Job Requirements

 

  • At least 6 Months Experience in real estate.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office "Word - Excel"
