  • We are looking for a Professional Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. You should also monitor new and existing employees and act as their advocates. We want you to see your future with us!

Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for a full-time friendly Call Center HR Recruiter who is fluent in English and works remotely online from their own home.
  • Responsible for recruiting, screening, headhunting, interviewing, evaluating, and placing candidates to fulfill all vacant positions for the call center.
  • Research and recommend new sources for both passive and active candidate recruiting.
  • Identify applicant requirements for each job by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
  • Creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each vacant position including posting the job, coordinating all required tests & assessments.
  • Select interview questions that match each position and its requirements, and measure experience, competence, discipline, commitment, and responsibility.
  • Report hiring status on a daily, weekly basis to all concerned parties and keep records of the SRs.
  • Track and report all recruiting & hiring processes and follow continuous improvement targets.
  • Target and achieve all recruitment-related quality measures within the assigned accounts.

Work Conditions:

  • 8 working hours + 1 hour break.
  • 5 working days & 2 days off.

Job Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in Call Center Mass Hiring and Talent Acquisition.
  • Fluency in the English Language (C2).
  • Uncompromising integrity and strong dedication to professionalism.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Communication - Functional Skills - Ideas presentation and Taking initiative - Employment skills - Negotiation - Influencing - Conflicts-solving, De-escalation - Continuous Learning.
  • Experience in main administrative tasks, attend job fairs and recruitment events.

  • Demonstrate experience sourcing and maintaining a pipeline of passive and active candidates.
  • Flexibility to handle different accounts with different criteria.
  • Someone who is proud of his work, very good at communicating, and an outstanding team player.
  • Someone who is reliable and will be available when he says he will be available.
  • Someone who enjoys being organized and doing things right the first time.
  • Someone who can work and adjust to ensure achieving targets and seizing exceptionally talented candidates.
  • High sense of ownership, and responsibility to deliverables and tasks.
  • Able to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Highly proficient in computer, internet usage, and navigating seamlessly between multiple applications.
