Job Description

  • Responsible for managing B2B operations and procedures on a daily basis. 
  • Building and enhancing procedures for smooth workflow.
  • Deep investigation in transactions and system behavior.
  • Testing all systems features and report test results.
  • Monitor team performance to make sure the best services support has been provided to our customers.
  • Prepare & send a daily, weekly and monthly for department manager .
  • Maintain a good relationship with external and internal parties.
  • Ensure that the service Level Agreements are met
  • Leading and coaching employees
  • Responsible for Operation KPIs and reporting of team performance

Job Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in operations management as supervisor or team leader.
  • 1-3 years of experience in card acceptance and payment gateway operations.
  • Experience in handling mobile-app platforms.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deliver to tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent in Ms office.
