Warehouse Manager

• Supervising the receipt of orders and disbursing them from the stores at the required speed.
• Ensure the safety of warehouses, and keep up-to-date records of all stock movements, including issuance, supply, and distribution, to ensure that the best stock levels are maintained.
• Supervising periodic inventory inspections to ensure that there are adequate quantities in the stores (in the event that there is no relevant organizational unit
• Overseeing the provision of an orderly, secure and efficient environment in warehouse management
• Supervising warehouse inspections, taking the necessary corrective measures, treating work obstacles, and preparing periodic reports on warehouse work according to the approved system in the entity.
• Conducting the periodic inventory in the stores on a quarterly basis and submitting a report on the inventory to the line manager.
• Develop warehouse management/department models
• Building a database on the assets / whereabouts of goods in each store
• Preparing reports and statistics periodically, such as entry and exit reports, available quantities and cost reports.
• Treat damaged items and ensure their validity to avoid accumulation in warehouses.
• Follow-up the technical and numerical receipt of the incoming items and matching them with the purchases and the correct number in case of receipt
