Key Responsibilities:

Manage Project's Daily Tickets
Consolidate and organize different data sources from different aggregators and channels
Update performance dashboards
Ensure the integrity and display of our menus
Support in the creation and optimization of tools to help achieve best-in-class operational excellence and financial inclusion
Optimize current tools to meet required targets and objectives
Enable more team access and understanding of user data and insights - customer analytics
Drive marketing and product decisions based on our data: being a counterpart in ideation, planning, and insights leveraging for new and existing product features and marketing tactics/campaign
Come up with new bundles and promotions, based on a set of required criteria
Develop and populates marketing playbook based on tests and results
Launch SMS bulks (and others) campaigns
Develop recommendations to improve retention metrics and customer NPS
Support the team in setting up the architecture and workflows for an in-house delivery management system

Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in business, computer science, information systems or business administration, or equivalent experience.
Strong leadership and critical thinking skills.
Familiarity with object-oriented programming.
A strong work ethic and strict attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and problem-solve.
