Job Description

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs
  • Determine selection criteria
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, and interviews
  • Interview candidates to assess their skills (Competency-Based Interviews)
  • Create a complete record of interviews and new hires
  • Handle applicant management on the ATS
  • Oversees hiring plan progress over the team
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Organize and attend job fairs and hiring events
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Prepare monthly attrition analysis
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports detailing hiring progress

Job Requirements

  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle hiring using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Excellent command of English
  • Experience in a startup or tech company is a must
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition.
