Job Description
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, and interviews
- Interview candidates to assess their skills (Competency-Based Interviews)
- Create a complete record of interviews and new hires
- Handle applicant management on the ATS
- Oversees hiring plan progress over the team
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Organize and attend job fairs and hiring events
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Prepare monthly attrition analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports detailing hiring progress
Job Requirements
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle hiring using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent command of English
- Experience in a startup or tech company is a must
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition.
