Job Requirements
The Scrum Master is needed with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or any other related field.
- Proficiency in English language, written and spoken.
- Proficiency in business correspondence.
- Solid experience with working in an environment where products have to be delivered to specific time scales.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and analysis skills.
- At least four years of software development experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledgeable of scrum and agile methods.
