Job Description

  • Gather information on hours worked for each employee
  • Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system
  • Prepare and execute pay orders through an electronic system or distribute paychecks
  • Process taxes and payment of employee benefits
  • Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
  • Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions or assignments. 
  • Assistant the completion and update of the periodical governmental forms required by the Insurance and Labor Offices
  • Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience
  • Experience in Factories is a MUST
  • Welling to work in 6th of October
  • Experience in personnel and payroll
  • Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals
  • Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field
  • Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software (e.g. Kronos, Payforce) and databases
  • Solid knowledge of labor and social insurance laws
