Job Description
- Gather information on hours worked for each employee
- Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system
- Prepare and execute pay orders through an electronic system or distribute paychecks
- Process taxes and payment of employee benefits
- Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions or assignments.
- Assistant the completion and update of the periodical governmental forms required by the Insurance and Labor Offices
- Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience
- Experience in Factories is a MUST
- Welling to work in 6th of October
- Experience in personnel and payroll
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals
- Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field
- Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software (e.g. Kronos, Payforce) and databases
- Solid knowledge of labor and social insurance laws
