Job Description

  • Analyzing and expanding business operations toward sustained growth.
  • Monitoring revenue streams and identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
  • Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
  • Identifying and developing new lines of business based on consumer behavior.
  • Performing competitor analysis toward obtaining an increased market share.
  • Developing client relationships and strengthening industry partnerships.
  • Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.
  • Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue.
  • Acts as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.
  • Resolves conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
  • Suggests actions to improve and Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
  • Serve multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines.
  • Communicates with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.
  • Builds strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers.
  • Acts as the client's representative in the company to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
  • Presentable.An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
  • French language proficiency is a plus.
  • Charismatic Character and can deal well with clients.
