Provide hands-on 1st line and 2nd line Technology support for our Customers with focus on supporting our Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Business applications.
Managing our support and ticketing system, escalating to our developers as required and continuing to own support tickets until resolution while keeping customers aware of and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.
Regular engagement with customers both in writing and via support calls.
Occasional Internal IT Support including Devices, Laptops, Windows and Applications setup, Azure virtual machines and Office Network/Internet.

Proven management and commercial experience within an application support role with hands-on technical support duties.
A wide range of IT experience supporting various business Applications for external customers including Microsoft-based applications such as Dynamics 365 CRM, SharePoint, .Net Based Websites, SQL Databases, etc.
General administration experience with Microsoft 365, Office 365, Windows 10, Azure Active Directory users setup and group policies management via Microsoft Admin Centre and Microsoft Azure Portal.
A good understanding of Cloud and Integration technologies e.g. API’s, Web Services, Enterprise Service Bus, etc.
Strong customer service skills is a core part of this role.
Team Management skills including mentoring junior IT Technicians and building a reliable and committed customer facing IT Support team.
Excellent command of English both written and spoken is a must.
Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly desirable but not essential.
