Job Description
- Responsible for keeping an office running smoothly and overseeing administrative support. The job can widely in duties and responsibilities, from reception, copy editing, and support, to handle a specific type of paperwork or filing for a specific department.
- Arrange a schedule of meetings and other parties.
- Ability to learn working on ACAD.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
- Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
Job Requirements
- Excellent reading writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
- Excellent reading writing letters in Arabic.
- Bachelor's Degree from University-related. Preferred Engineering
- Must be familiar with and have computer skills, Excel, Word, CMMS & BMS Systems
- A hospitality background is preferred.
