Job Description
• Acquire and handle new clients
• Attract New E-commerce merchants to increase revenues & market share
• Manage the relationship with E-commerce clients, maximize customer penetration while providing a high level of services that meet the customers' needs to ensure the business growth, and customer satisfaction while achieving the team set targets
• Cross-sell the company products to increase penetration ratio per customer to maximize bottom line profitability
• Sell all E-Commerce features that suit the customers' needs Sell benefits and overcome objections by describing features and advantages of the payment acceptance model, ensure that the model complies with the merchant's business model, and close the deal with an appropriate pricing model.
• Present E-commerce features to clients using the authorized techniques to meet customer's needs while ensuring closing deals with an optimum pricing model
• Handle merchant's complaints to ensure effective closure of complaints to maintain customer satisfaction and ensure high standard service provision
• Follow all relevant department policies, processes, and standards operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
• Follow up the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the Sales department to ensure continuity of work
• The ideal candidate should be able to hunt new clients interested to create their online presence, shall work under Basic Salary + Commission (target based) with clear sales KPIs.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• Technical knowledge in the following fields: E-Commerce
platforms, online payments, web-design
• 4+ years of experience in the same/similar position
•Good Command of English & Arabic Languages
• Experience and working knowledge of CM systems
• Excellent Computer skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
