Job Description
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Complete sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Arrange the material selection and shipment preparation as per the agreed customers’ requirements.
- Arrange shipping procedures for all export shipments based on the agreed incoterm (Ex-works, FOB, CIF &, etc...).
- Complete the sales operations starting from order receiving till order delivery while coordinating with the supporting functions (supply chain, finance, production, quality, etc.).
- Responsible for a healthy cash flow through managing orders’ deliveries schedules and account receivables.
- Generate monthly sales performance reports.
Job Requirements
- BSc Degree of Engineering / Business Administration
- Fluent English Speaker is a must
- Experience in Exporting is a must
- Experience in logistics or customer service is a plus
