Job Description

We are hiring Sales Representatives who will work as ambassadors and are responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with pharmaceutical business partners based on their assigned territory. They must build trust and act as support for prospects, ensuring they lead to potential future sales.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective long-term relationships
  • Use the most effective selling approach for each Customer
  • Territory Mapping & understanding
  • Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers
  • Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
  • Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
  • Educate customers on how Grinta can benefit them financially and professionally
  • Monitor the company’s industry, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
  • Follow company rules to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree is a must
  • Experience in Distribution Company is preferred.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical field is preferred.
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Good command of English language
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
