Job Description
- Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
- Decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate
- Set the quality standards
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing and supply chain teams on the new products till reaching end consumers.
- Work with concerned departments on following up with production process & ensuring quality standards are met.
- Responsible for the product life cycle starting from researching, coming with the idea till prototyping.
- Follow and analyze latest market trends to position our products that would serve our customer needs.
- Prepare quarterly calendars with new products proposals.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years’ work experience
- A realistic person, who is quality and detail focused
- Work experience in apparel manufacturing industry & fashion is a plus
- Outstanding time management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Effective communication skills.
