Job Description

Micro Engineering Egypt is a fast-growing digital services and technology company with solid expertise in next-generation technologies, including Digital Twin, surveying, geomatics, As-built, oil and gas, construction, engineering services, software development services, laser scanning, and 3D Modelling

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Representative with experience in selling engineering and geomatics services to help us build up our business activities. Sales Representative responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. In addition, we are looking for excellent communication skills and candidates who feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Successfully create a business from new customer accounts
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Monitor customer and market activity and provide feedback to MEEG teams and other company functions
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams to improve the offered services
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Ensure the availability of materials and tools for sales and demonstrations
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Always represent the company in a professional manner
  • Help with and lead business proposal writing
  • Collaborate with technical team to provide online technological webinars

Job Requirements

Skills

  • Proven experience in engineering services and technology Sales or relevant role
  • Proven experience selling engineering services, geomatics technology solutions, and/or software development consulting/services sales
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Persuasive speaking and writing skills
  • Success with identifying, building, and growing sales channels
  • Successful experience in selling engineering services to relevant customer personas
  • Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities
  • Proven track record in monitoring and evaluating sales progress against stated expectations, in addition to aligning and changing behavior with performance expectations and KPIs
