About the Job

  • We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Account Sales Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy and will directly report to Managing director. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support with the cooperation of the technical/support teams
  • Build long-term relationships with new customers

Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a Key account manager, sales executive or a relevant role in Software house/Digital marketing agencies.
  • CRM, ERP solutions is a PLUS.
  • Proven sales track record of 3+ years' experience
  • Address business as well as Technology queries raised by potential & existing clients
  • Experience in designing solutions and Architectures
  • Experience in leading/developing new products/offerings
  • Experience on delivering on the Cloud would be an added advantage
  • Should understand business requirements and translate it into Software/Solution Mapping
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Presentable
