Job Description
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Lead employment branding initiatives
- Ensure positive candidate experience
- Develop and maintain efficient relationships with all hiring managers and administer all talent acquisition activities for various projects
- Develop, implement, and execute a talent acquisition strategy to fill current openings
- Build a pipeline of talents to fill future openings as the company continues rapid growth
- Determine the most effective recruiting process based on position/division
- Develop and maintain a social recruiting campaign to reach active and passive candidates, including content development, vendor relationship management, and platform management
- Facilitate internal hiring process
Job Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience (3 years as a manger )
- Bachelor degree
- Very good communication skills
