Job Description
- Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all MEP related works at site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules.
- Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
- Plans the execution of all MEP related works and coordinates the works to Arch and civil groups.
- Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required.
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Review MEP work progress on daily basis.
Job Requirements
- Bsc in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years experience in admin projects in Contracting Company a Must.
- Previous Experience as MEP Manager .
- Previous experience in Light current, Medium Voltage & Low voltage, FF, PLUMBING , HVAC is MUST
- Willing to relocate in any site all over Egypt.
- Ready to join in one week.
