- Supervise and monitor the activities of the Area sales to ensure that the monthly sales target is achieved with consideration to the quality of sales
- Suggest ways and means to improve sales performance of the area sales team that will best serve the business
- Ensure that team complete and accurate information of every contract and customer to retrieve data when requested
- Participate in the annual sales planning with the sales manager to discuss the new ways to increase sales
- Maintain and increase sales of your company's products.
- Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Monitor the team's performance and motivate them to reach targets.
- Compile and analyze sales figures.
- Keep up to date with products and competitors.
Job Requirements

- 3:6 years of Experience in Sales
- Home Appliance, SDA, Retail, are preferable
- A car owner is a must
