Job Description
- To meet or exceed sales targets (market share/market share growth) within agreed objectives and timescales and through effective leadership of sales team at the Area level (sales ,account receivables)
- Breaks area objectives into individual business goals, in ways consistent with ATCO working principles, processes and programs
- Translates marketing and commercial strategies into actionable plans of action, ensures successful implementation
- implements the sales force effectiveness initiatives within the area (e.g., customer targeting, call frequencies and compliance with targets, rep productivity, coaching)
- Cooperates with technical colleagues in a way which creates value for the business
- Ensures proper collection /recording of sales representatives daily activities and when possible adoption and use of Customer Relations Management system .
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Veterinary medicine
- English & Arabic written & spoken Languages
- 5 years of proven sales experience in the Animal Health industry,
- 2 to 3 years of sales management is highly desirable
- Strong people management skills
- Excellent Computer skills
