Scope of work:
Social Media Moderator will serve as the day-to-day engagement and conversation specialist for our client's social media properties – primarily Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
- Manage of a social media platforms including posting and monitoring content.
- Maintain the Moderation Guidelines and ensure they are up to date.
- Engage personally via company platforms to enhance the overall image of the company through direct personal engagement with the customers.
- Execution of Social Media Campaigns.
- Compose content for social media messages.
- Review and moderate all user-generated content and user profiles within forums, comments, images, videos and audio, liaising with operations and accounts team.
- Integration with internal teams and project management as needed.
- Assist team in identifying trends, best practices and new developments within social media.
- Processing emails, inquiries and complaints, escalating when necessary.
- Manage the banned user process, and track and remove previously banned users.
- Produce reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues and outcomes when needed.
- Regularly feedback insights gained from community moderation into the accounts team
- Monitor all industry and company information and news to anticipate potential issues.
Job Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the same job.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Able to work in morning and night shifts as required.
