Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Responsible for the whole recruitment procedure.. including hiring Freelancers or Business Partners (individuals and corporate B2B, B2C)
- Discuss business strategies, practices, or policies with managers.
- Evaluate recruitment or selection criteria to ensure conformance to professional, statistical, or testing standards, recommending revisions, as needed.
- Coordinate personnel recruitment activities.
- Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist in Real Estates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Place of residency must be close to Maadi
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms and reports, and other office procedures
- Experience in HR function specially talent acquisition.
