Job Description
Responsibilities
- Understand product and process, having an complete overview of all implemented features and their technical processes.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that potentially grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Define configuration specifications and business requirements in writing and keeping these updated.
Perform Quality Assurance and define reporting and alerting requirements. - Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
- Work closely with the technical teams to deliver with quick-time-to-market and optimal resources.
- Evaluate roll-out plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
- Act as a product representative to build awareness and understanding
- Developing written product instruction manuals integration
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
- 7 years of professional experience.
- 5 years of Product Management experience in tech.
- 3+ years of managing high performing teams.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: Self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment, deals well with ambiguity, and focuses on driving impact.
- Analytical horsepower: Demonstrated aptitude for digging deep into the data, thinking from first principles, and delivering the best results.
- Highly collaborative, with ability to work cross-functionally and provide insight to various internal stakeholders across the business.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills – including the ability to speak to different constituencies such as business development, product, engineering, and sales internally and externally.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity.
