Job Description
- Resolving conflicting requirements.
- Capability to run analysis workshops with various stakeholders and identifying those stakeholders. This would require:
- Set requirements priorities.
- Build testing plans and test cases based on produced BRDs considering various roles of users,
- Assist end users during user acceptance testing process (UAT).
- Build RACI (Responsibility-Accountability-Consulting-Informing) matrix for different stakeholders.
- Identify functional and non-functional requirements (such as those related to performance, security, etc.).
- Assist in end user training to explain final product based on users requirements.
Job Requirements
- Full knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC),
- Strong command of requirements engineering concept,
- Full hands-on of use case modelling to build requirements and produce Business Requirements document (BRD) that can be converted into Software Requirements Specifications (SRS),
- Familiarity with business process engineering to building business workflow identified various stakeholders and process actors. This requires familiarity with modelling and diagramming techniques such as swim lane and sequence diagrams.
- Analytical skills to challenge and validate business requirements.
- Full knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC),
